Only got another 2 inches on top of what we already had. With the wind Friday and Saturday nights, there was a lot of drifting that made a few roads impassible for my little car.

It's not the snow now, but the clear skies and low temperatures. Please, Lord, keep the electricity running! We can stay relatively warm with only the fireplace, although the fan helps heat the whole house. Most people around here would have frozen houses if the electricity went out for any length of time with these temperatures.

I think it's quit coming down so I'll finally respond. I measured a total of 2" a few minutes ago out where it was not drifting or blowing away. Nothing compared to others.

My forecast low for tomorrow morning is 1 with tomorrow's high in the low teens. Haven't had any power problems and like Red, hope we don't.

We've been getting rain all day. They were saying 4-8" earlier this week, but I guess we've stayed on the warm side of the mess. Of course, that doesn't mean we're dodging the frigid weather that's coming on its heels. We weatherized the old barn as well as possible for the chickens, and have a couple of heat lamps running. Hope it's enough to help them through the next couple of nights!

We got a foot- now the freezing rain is coming down. Way worse than snow, in my opinion. At least you can plow snow! Think spring!
