Alien invasion of the slime creature!

Actually, we have a super bright yellow slime here that grows on rotting wood. Grows fast too. Each day it's moved, spread, then dissipates. Day-glo yellow.

Nice pics, I love most all things nature and macro. I do not know if we have skunk cabbage, but I don't recall ever seeing it. I don't know what the black slime is, but it sounds like a good villain for Doctor Who. lol
