Freezing garden cukes

I gave up on making pickles when I realized only one extended family member would eat pickles, so I only plan on growing a few cukes for eating fresh. I will be happy to try freezing them. Mine are particularly tasty right now, since we had plenty of rain. And I will try freezing the onion-vinegar-sugar-cuke thing too.

I tried it! They do turn out well. A bit different, but I can see still using them on sandwiches, in recipes and creamy cucumber salad, and for facials, LOL.
