Garlic blooms.....seeds?

Thank you. From my starts at it last year, I can tell you that, rosy garlic (Allium roseum), has proved to be pretty hardy. It's my first time around so not enough yet to eat any and comment on the taste, but it is listed as edible (though it is also supposed to be so strong smelling it will keep deer and squirrels away (I think I just may have found my next corn patch protector!)

I appreciate the info on the bulbils I figured they had to be useful or the plant wouldn't produce them.

I honestly would have planted them in the fall too & probably lost a bunch if them.

I'll definitely get them all started at the right time ;) and see where this all goes. It started really a novelty so whatever I get is a bonus.
