Thanks a lot @Jeni Ann :p I am going to pass on that project. I tried using the cat tails for a rush chair seat once. I found them hard to work with and painful. I was so full of cuts and abrasions. UGH. They are never long enough and had to be twisted together, I never did get that right. :(

That gene got totally hogged by my big brothers and sister. By the time I was born there was nothing but leftovers....

Well it got divide pretty good. @Jeni Ann is the better ARTIST , photographer and seamstress. Me I am CRAFTY!!!!
Seamstress?! Nope Carol Dee's much better. & Yep! She IS the Crafty one ;)Good genes yeah, but mostly I think we were raised being shown by our parents that you DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF and if you don't know how - try anyway. Carol Dee is so smart she can learn anything :bow and I am afraid of nothing ....
That being said: could you teach me to make a cattail basket, Carol Dee?
