To answer your question @catjac1975, YES! The next one will be a boy or girl. Of course, there's still the possibility it will be both. Haven't heard Jared's response to that Freudian slip.

They are just precious and adorable! There will be plenty of time to work around the house, but only so many years to grow your family. 
It will all come together and it will be great for all the thought you've put into it. It's also really neat to take pics of the kids, growing right alongside of that new tree you planted.

As far as a Freudian slip....I'd be lying if I wasn't excited about having another girl. I grew up with 3 brothers so girls was foreign territory for me. My wife's a blended family of 5 so 4 children is not out of the equation for either of us.
When asked how many kids I wanted I always answer "as many as we're fortunate to be able to have". I never expected to be like that family on TV but a bunch I kids running around is just fine with me.
We won't know if it's a boy or girl until it gets here. We didn't find out with the first 2 so why change now? And yes there's only 1.
I need to get pictures of them next to one of our trees that's a great idea thank you!
The green tarp you saw in the 2nd picture was when we went camping earlier this summer. Her brother his wife and their 2 kids came with us. It's a modern type camp with concrete floors and electricity but it's screened in old army style wall tents.
They have 2 metal bunk beds and 2 single beds so you sleep six but we managed to squeeze in a pack & play too with a very small shed that holds a 2 burner electric stove and an apt sized fridge.
It used to be a troubled youth camp back in the day. When those fell out of Grace politically it was turned into a family camp. It has a pool with lifeguards a beach, boat rental, places to fish with stocked ponds, whole 9 yards. It has the metro park metal grills and fire rings (they even sell firewood) so it's obviously really well run. So you can get away without needing to bring everything.
It took some getting some getting used to for me because I'm used to a much more "rustic" style of camping but since my wife's back surgery a few yrs ago it's really put a cramp on really roughing it. And until we buy a pop up trailer it's a good place to go and just let it all go.
