@majorcatfish 's photo of his grandpa and himself when he was younger got me thinking that it might be fun and quite entertaining if we wanted to post old photos of Christmastime when we were kids or just back in the day. I know I have some funny ones of my siblings and I...gonna have to go dig out the albums. :)

I have a really funny one of us three kids lined up in front of the mantel with my brother and I in our dressy clothes looking like little angels. However my then 2-year-old little sister is only in her b-day suit with one thumb in her mouth, her other hand with a finger in her belly button and she has a black eye from a fall and horrible short and choppy haircut that she prompted herself. Verbal description will have to suffice though. That's a little too crazy to be posting on the internet. I'm sure the guys at Awkward Family Photos would love it, but she'd probably never speak to me again. LOL.

I bet some of you have some good ones too! :D

Haha! That's hilarious Journey! I might have a few... my older sister made copies of a lot of family photos for my brothers and me.

Great idea!

Ok, here we go.

After looking at it, I decided a black censoring box would do the trick. :D I am the oldest child. The look on my face says I don't claim those two. :p (Turns out the black eye was on another photo I was thinking of.) My mom probably made my dress.

And this one shows us eying one of my Mom's cool gingerbread houses she made each year. We weren't as sneaky as we thought we were about picking at the candy, but I don't think she really minded. I don't do gingerbread houses. I am not Zen enough for that kind of thing.

Good memories. :)

@thistlebloom , I can't remember you mentioning your brothers before, just sisters. How many kids were there in your family? I bet you've got some funny stories!

There's 5 of us. Brother, brother, sister, me.....and the one after me we have written off as too destructive to claim anymore.

Mom used to hide one of our special presents and then we hunted for clues. Each clue led to the next and eventually our gift. It was great fun!

As adults one Christmas we thought it would be fun to let mom in on the adventure, so we hid one of hers and gave her the first clue.
She flat refused to hunt for it. In fact she was a little peevish about it, so we just gave it to her. We sure teased her about that!

The first one is the experimental one....at least that's what DH says, being the oldest of 5. :)

I found a couple of old Christmas pics but I need a usb cable to connect my computer to the printer so I had to order one. It will be past Christmas when I finally get it. :\
