Hood Ornament on Tractor

Last night I

saw the 1970s wheel horse tractor for first time, I was surprised it had a hood ornament. Is it original from factory or a add on later?

yes they did have hood ornaments! some older ones had horses for theirs.

Very cool !! My father always talked about when he was young he had a car, the hood ornament was a bull the horns lite up with lights.
