Sheesh! Mayo is the one food that I have tossed when the kids (or I) leave it sitting on the counter. Just not into the risk of food poisoning and I've heard bad things of Mayo. Should have known plastic. . . er, processed Mayo would be different.

Of course, that's after the jar has been opened. I knew I could store it in the pantry until needed.

Sort of like margarine...that stuff can sit out for a long time, reportedly for months and even a year, without any changes. Imagine what that is like on our insides. :sick

Like storebought bread...I'm very suspicious of bread that doesn't mold, for weeks on end during a humid and hot season. What's IN that stuff? :th
