    Did y'all know that you can cook a 5 pound beef roast in a pressure cooker for 150 minutes and it comes out oh so tender! I've noticed this is true with expensive and cheap roasts. Pressure cookers can even turn a boot leather tuff steak or roast into a tender juicy piece of meat!
