I am not exactly gardening with ducks but I am surfing TEG forum and the ducks are at the patio door trying to talk to me. So I guess that is gardening with Animals.

Ducks are great, they love the mud and water. They are so fun to watch. But you can't have 1 duck and it be happy they need company. So if ya don't have any other fowl they won't thrive. I have seen ducklings die because they were alone. 
it's very sad. But if ya want to have a small fish pond and ducks, you may soon be missing the fish 
Our ducks always run to the pond in the pasture and then come back up to the shed at the evening for supper and bed. I Love my Ducks

Chillin' In The Garden
I added ducks to my backyard, 7 of them. They stay really close to me while I garden because they know I will throw them worms! They are relatively easy and so much fun to watch. You can get an idea of my day to day with them on my website.
