Linking a website and popup say's I can't add any smilies, shows that I have none, but still won't let it go through.
Can a mod/admin fix this?

I noticed that too. I think it interprets :/ in http:// as a smiley.

ETA: Haha...so it would seem!

I don't understand it Sec, but Nifty is much smarter. Still, might be a good idea to say the issue differently.

Yup, it was the direction of the / in the URL. We've changed the smiley so his face is a different direction :D

now use \ instead of / when making the smiley to get :\

Ya, we need to swap out the smilies for the ones we had before. Def. on the todo list!

I found a way!
I just leave out the httml: // part when linking. The link still works, so that's good. Just odd that it's not allowed when it's an url and not an actual smiley. Even weirder since a plain text url is allowed, will show a simile and the forum doesn't catch that...
