This started growing in a 4" pot of lantana that I bought. At first I thought it was a weed and almost pulled it out. It has spiney leaves and stem.
Is This a Sunflower?

I don't know why only my big toe shows my fuchsia nail polish. The rest of my toe nails are also painted! haha

Yep, sunflower. Some little birdie left you a gift. 
It's still pretty small, so if you wanted to keep it, you might be able to gently transplant it elsewhere. It will overwhelm your lantana. Which coordinates so well with your toenail polish, btw.
