Last year I had a couple of squash plnts I didnt dig up and left some squash on them .This year I have a couple of nice squash plants growing there.

I made some out of regula field fence ,but need to make them bigger around, Does anyone know how big they need to be across the middle.I have read that they need to be 3 feet.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to build a support for pole beans.I am getting ready to plant them and dont know what kind of support will work best.

I have started catching rain water off the barn this year.I am trying to get a pump to pump it to the garden for a drip or small spray or soaker ,dont know what I will use yet.The tomatos are in the back yard so the water can be toted to them in buckets.

I used wheat or oat or rye straw ,not hay,around my tomato plants .I didnt tear it all up,was used in books about 2 inches thick.Put grass clippings around the plant.I got this idea from a book called How to grow world record tomatoes.

I have owned a Mantis tiller for about 3 years now.I have really enjoyed it.I only use my big tiller for plowing it first .

Wish I can find a good chicken tractor pan.Have a good idea in my head how I want to build it.

I have an experimet I am thinking about trying next year in the garden if I get my chicken tractor built. I want to let the ckickens get all the grass under the tractor then when I move it go ahead and till it up good with my mantis tiller and then put books of wheat straw to keep the grass...
