I am an artist and teacher. The garden is my refuge. I have two vegetable and herb gardens, both fenced in and connected by an arched trellis, and I'm working on having them surrounded by flower beds. I have 8 chickens, 2 of whom are especially good helpers in the garden. I just wish I could train them to eat stink bugs!
