I'd fight someone for a platter of fried squash right now :) Hubby can't have fried food so I haven't had any this year either :(

I have a lot of dry shade here.
I've tried a couple of different lamiums, bluebells, some veronicas, several different perennial blue-ish geraniums, and that potentilla, too.
They just can't tolerate our heat and humidity even in deeper shade and fade out...
