Sweet peas! They smell heavenly and have a range of colors to use to accent the bouquets of larger blooms. I think they can be planted now or very soon in many areas.

Would it be a mistake to use the eyes from store-bought potatoes? I've had lots of "volunteer" potatoes from the eyes/skins that go into our compost, so I thought I would cultivate them. Then I read that you should only buy "certified seed potatoes" to be free of disease. Is that a serious...
