    Habaneros, Habaneros, Habaneros

Thanks everybody! And there's not really a combination, although I did make some delicious peach hot sauce. I usually don't mix habaneros due to the distinct taste of each variety. I do use a dehydrator by cutting them up first, dehydrating, and then either storing in plastic containers or...

    Hottest Habanero

I suggest the brown ones, they are very good! And thats cool, I don't this I've seen that with habaneros before!

    Hottest Habanero

I'm not sure about the brown and yellow being milder. The brown habanero I had was MUCH hotter than the red and orange. And yes, the moruga trinidad is the new hottest pepper. It's a cross between the moruga and the trinidad scorpion. I've already ordered my seeds from pepperjoe.com!

    Hottest Habanero

Hey everybody, this is a random thread about habaneros. I was just wondering what you guys think the hottest habanero type is. I am currently growing orange, red, yellow, and brown. So far it seems to me the brown ones are the hottest., possibly one of the hottest peppers I've ever had! They...

    Peach Tree

Thanks, very helpful! I actually work at an orchard haha so it's very easy to get great, fresh peaches! I just ate a couple delicious white peaches and saved the pits. I'll see what I can do, thanks for the help and wish me luck!

    Peach Tree

I decided that I want to start growing a peach tree. Can I just save a pit like I would with an avocado or is not that simple? I have heard it takes about five years before it will even produce sizable fruit.

    1st garlic harvest :)

Wow, looks great! This inspired me to grow it. People have told me it is hard to grow so I didn't even bother with it, but next season I will be sure to!

    Horseradish

Thanks for the info guys. And yes, I do need to contain it somehow, it's getting pretty large. Are there any tips or tricks to possibly make it hotter?

    Growing avocados

My sister started one about five or so years ago. It's very tall, about five feet. She keeps it indoors next to a sunny window in the winter and puts it outside during the summer. I'm not sure if it will bear fruit or not...

    Horseradish

I decided to try to grow some horseradish this year, and so far it seems to have done pretty well. I am just wondering when I should harvest it. Can someone help me out?

    Pepper worms

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and thanks digitS' for the article, very interesting. However, the worm inside the habanero pod was green. Has to be something similar though. I sprayed pretty much all of my plants with an organic pesticide mixture I had made earlier in the season. We'll see...

    Pepper worms

I have found several pepper pods that have seem to have rotted and fallen off the plant. It wasn't until recently that I noticed they all had holes in them. I opened them and found a small green caterpillar type worm inside, eating the habanero flesh. My first question is how can I get rid of...
