The majority of the parsley I dried out is green.
This is the parsley I was talking about that was turning yellow.
Not sure why, it just did.
It's not as flavorful as the green.
I do know parsley is supposed to be green before & after dried out. For that reason, I'm throwing out the yellow...
I have been naturally drying out some parsley lately that have turned out nice & green.
The last batch I had hanging to dry, I noticed about half of it has turned a yellow color & hasn't fully dried yet.
What I read could have been lack of nutrients in the drying out process or humidity to high...

Yes, I do want the tomato plants outside soon, more room outside than inside. Still getting cool weather here. 30's & 40's, 34° lastnight, 29° tonight. Probably another week or so I can move them outside.
I did cut couple branches off bottoms of each plant. Maybe I did it to soon & stressed them. I think it needed it for air circulation.
I will post another pic of a leaf that looks like a problem but maybe not nothing to worry about.
