I wonder how many times we can do this?? I plan on sending them some pepper and cilantro seeds as soon as I harvest them. I love being able to get such a variety.

This may be a silly question, but thought I better check first...... I know that when you let cilantro go to seed it turns into corrindar. If I harvest seeds from that, can I plant them to get cilantro for next year? Or are they just not viable seeds?
