I've never had a garden in my life, until we bought our 11 acres of tumbleweed infested desert here in Nevada. The land wasn't much to look at the day we bought it but I saw lots of potential. Two years later I have a small fruit orchard started that we will add to each year, a thriving greenhouse, and one main garden, and patches for strawberries, peanuts, potatoes, and perineal veggies. I've had a lot of failures, and still have a lot to learn but I've had a pretty good start if I say so myself.
