Not really a navigation question but I've noticed that every page seems to be in a constant state of loading. By that I mean the little circle in the tab which indicates activity is always spinning and at the bottom of the page, above the start button it always says "Read www.theeasygarden.com". Is this normal for this format or is firefox having a problem with reading it?

Well, that does sound like a navigation question, UncleJoe, since you may have a real slow-down if you want to open a 2nd TEG page in tabs or go somewhere else on the internet in another tab - That constantly-loading tab in your wake will slow you down.

This isn't a criticism. Personally, I am getting along just fine but there are an awful lot of links on a TEG webpage. Everywhere I put my cursor - it is ready for a click and somewhere to go. My big thumb on the tablet gets me in trouble aaalllll the time!

@greengenes , you can also use a few shortcuts to get to recent posts: http://www.theeasygarden.com/threads/theeasygarden-new-home-conversion-info-faqs.14552/#post-163294

... and also all your posts, i.e., "my posts" by:
  1. Click on your username at the top of the screen
  2. Click on the "Information" tab
  3. Click "Find all content by..."
(this works for seeing any members content)

I've not seen that on mine. I just switched everything over from IE9 to Firefox and am getting quicker loading now.

Could be your connection speed. I'm on a 30mb broadband connection, but it doesn't often max out based on many factors. Here's a couple online connection speed tests you can try to see how you're doing on that end...

I use the latest version of FF and I have 4 tabs open right now. Links or forum buttons react immediately when I click on them and I don't see any reduction in speed. It just seems odd to see that little green circle spinning all the time. :hu

Thanks nifty!
I will get the hang of this site soon, I hope. It will just take so snooping around.
