According to an article I found on the NRA website, every time there is a mass killing people rush out to buy up all available ammo, afraid the government will ban it from being sold. It took me over a month to find one box of .22 longs. I really wanted shorts but those were impossible. The factories are operating at max capacity and don't want to expand.

It's still hard here Bee.

I had to grab them all up when the fire was coming, but I don't know where DH put them back to. None are loaded. I don't even know how to use them or what they are. But I was named Annie Oakley in ROTC for my tight shot groupings.....

handguns are good if you can get them out, and only good if you know how to use them... close and personal

Around here the only 22 ammo that's in short supply is 22 long and 22 short. I guess that's because there's not much call for them and even though mfg's are making ammo at a pretty good clip, they don't want to set up their lines for things there isn't a big demand for.

I know where mine are, they are where they are supposed to be.

I know where the ammunition is, it is where it is supposed to be.

I always assume mine are loaded until I check them, even though I know if they are loaded or not.
Exactly the same here.
