Winter doldrums...Jelly and Jam making time at my house

Nobody knows how to cook anymore. So it's no surprise the quality of raw ingredients is bad too. Unless it's out of the freezer section or maybe the deli nobody knows what to do with it.

I decided on, left to right, strawberry jam, dandelion jelly, and mulberry jelly. I messed up on the strawberry and did not add any butter to control foaming. I skimmed what I could but couldn't get it all. That foam was ridiculous. One of the jars is so bad I'll probably toss it, I tried to get all the foam I could not skim in that jar. The rest aren't too bad.
