Go online, that car running can be bought as low as $13,000. That's without working them. That is restored and running. Paint alone could be $5,000 plus. Tires, $1000. Restoring inside-$4000+ plus you haven't touched engine (you will), brakes (guaranteed), tranny, radiator, $$$$ pit.

I am lucky I can change a tire. Yesterday a client who deals in used luxury cars said it never should have been started after sitting so long. He said gas turns to jell engine would now need total over haul. My fathers thinks his friend is a drug dealer and got car from someone who oued him money, But my dad also thinks new neighbors drug dealers because they from Bronx and have 2 pitbulls. After dealing with truck I swore never to buy that needs a lot of work, yet i can't get car out of my mind. He is down to $3,000 because he claims my dad like a father to him.

What you need to do Nyboy, is open an escrow account with a reasonably sane person, and I'd like to suggest Seed, but...well, you know how he gets sometimes...:confused:. So instead I'll suggest me!

Anyway, you let that sane person hold your cash in an account for you and then when you get these periodic car fevers they can make you wait until you're feeling better. Then you can decide with a clear head.

@Nyboy If you never listen to me before, listen now. never give a woman your money. If you do, count it as gone........it will be, YOU don't need that! It's too expensive. Or, someone else needs it more-kids, house, family vaca, etc.
