I need more seating in my waiting room, it is a small room. Many clients let their dogs up on the seating. It must hold up to dog nails, and easy to clean any stains. I found 2 benches on CL 1st is antique with a padded seat, seat looks simple enough to change myself. 2nd bench used furniture maybe 20 years old, nothing for dogs to damage. I like antique better but think 2nd hold up better both cheap.

I am with So Lucky... they both looks a bit flimsy. :hide
That said, I like them both too! The Antique is YOU !!!!
The 2nd might be a bit sturdier and no upholstery for dog nails to scratch or tear. (Get Both)
