I have a seed grown cranberry bush the size of a small tree. It is full of cranberries I usually just leave them on tree. In Dec when all leaves fall off very Christmas like with just red berries. Any EASY use for them ? Juice is out berries very hard.

String with popcorn for your Christmas tree?

Cranberry sauce is super easy. Just simmer with sugar and a little water.

I love to buy them on sale and put in the freezer to make cranberry orange walnut muffins later. :drool Not hard, but probably not as easy as you are looking for...

@Nyboy , is yours a 'High Bush Cranberry' (Viburnum trilobum)?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viburnum_trilobum... or
The cranberry (Vaccinium macrocapon) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cranberry
This is the one I use with chicken and turkey, sometimes with pork. It likes boggy growing conditions, this is the one sold in supermarkets.

Both are edible but the first one doesn't have as many uses.
Hope I haven't muddled this up, sometimes I wonder about myself :).
Now that I've started making Paradise Jelly, a mix of cranberry apple and quince DH doesn't like the store bought any more, sometimes I could kick myself.
I still have some quince juice in the freezer, Quince are hard to get your hands on around here, only have enough for one more jelly making session then it's back to store bought or just Cranapple jelly, not quite as good but still better than store bought in DH's eyes.
Annette.

Annette I am not sure which I have, can you tell from photo ? About 10 years ago I invited a friend for the weekend at country house. He bought 2 small plants, he told me he grew them from seed. We had a nice afternoon planting them and gardening ( He live in a apartment) enjoyed being in garden. One always struggled while the other grew like crazy. I did end up losing the one. while the other grew like crazy. After reading the link I am sure it is a High Bush
