made it home....7 1/4 hr drive, nice to drive in the middle of the night nobody on the roads.. came home to a hay field mowed 2 hrs have about 1.5 hrs of weeed eating left <thats tomorrow>... dw did a marvelous job in the gardens while gone...... photos later....

after a good nights sleep..heres the 7/1/18 update............ part one

the beans...
think i over planted on the lazy housewife's or this years ladys are not lazy.... either way will have plenty of beans..

lots of flowers not to many beans yet....

round 1 short stalks this year but loaded.

cucumbers.... dw picked them clean and made freezer pickles

the cantaloupes.. sure glad only planting 5 this year...

watermelons..... @thistlebloom you might send a photo to the person who bred this melon for ideho, that they grow great here in the south...

dw picked the peas yesterday morning.. bad season for them, hope to have a good planting/harvest this fall...

2 types of watermelons only planted 3 pots of what thisle sent me, and looked back to 2015 planted squash and brussel sprouts in that bed. and 2016 was only cowpeas... so how did this one get planted on the side... probability that southern hater @seedcorn came down and planted it....

the phoenix... very impressed with them they are loaded as well very nice size.. will have to rethink how to grow/cage them next year.

Whoa Major your garden is amazing so far. What kind of tomato is the Mariana? They look orange

they are a roma variety, determinate... normally they are red these 2 fell off while tying them up...will put them on a salad tonight..
really like these for canning all meat very little snot, of course when all the mators are coming on they all go in...

dw does her mator sauce in a crock pot she will add all of them in, putting in all the different types it makes a wonderful sauce...
