not in all cases. i have read quite a bit of the history and cases. notice that many people settled and signed NDA's because they were being put into bankruptcy by legal fees which may have had nothing to do with the actual facts of the cases at hand.
as i can see your posts are pretty much in line with that sort of threatening method of operating.
