None, nada, nothing... Not even the ones you're supposed to have. I used to pull the poison ivy off the tree out front of the house.

There are a couple of nasal sprays on the market that helps you build up a resistance. Nasalcort, and Nasalcrom are two that are good.

There is an 'old wive's tale' that 'if you kiss your cow every day you'll never be sick'.
There is actually some evidence that a cow will produce antibodies to things that she's exposed to and pass them along in her milk. So - If you're getting a cold.. your cow's milk COULD boost your own immunity to that particular 'bug'....

.. follow my logic here..

If eating local honey is supposed to ease allergies because the honey is made from the things that is causing the allergies...
then drinking milk from a cow that is herself COVERED in pollen and eating fields COVERED in pollen SHOULD help ease allergies for the same reasons.. right???

to extend the process, perhaps you should be putting out trays to catch the pollen so you can sprinkle it on all your food for the coming year and also put it on your hanky and hand fan so you can always be at the ready!

I just scrubbed a bunch of the yellow stuff off of my truck. I haven't been driving it, so it was on there thick.

I like where you are going with this. Maybe you could pour milk in a Neti pot? :D
