I had some cucumber, Tomatoes and grilled eggplant salad that I topped off with some left over tuna steaks from the other day. Then I did a ginger and soy dressing on top. Some croutons and Mmmmmmm.......... it was the best salad I've had in awhile.

I was 55 degrees here yesterday and today it is 70 - nothing is ripening!

Yesterday I made a beef stew in the crockpot. I used the carrots and onions from my garden. I screwed it up though by not putting on my glasses when I turned on the crockpot.....6-1/2 hours on WARM just doesn't cook it. :D
