@Trish Stretton , download Irfanview.
https://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

It is a free download and can do much of what Adobe Acrobat (which you pay a lot for) will do with your photos. I have it on my laptop and work tower and use it all of the time.
If you use your phone to take pictures and have your email on your phone, you can attach photos and send emails to yourself with the photos attached.
Then you "right click" copy from your email to Irfanview, name it, save it by giving it a name and creating a file on your computer (maybe in pictures), then click on "Upload a File" bottom middle of your post in dark green, search on your computer, and it will load from there.
Sounds complicated, but once you do this procedure a few times you will get the hang of it.

@thistlebloom ,
"This Old House" they talked about planting tulips, by digging the hole then just dumping them into it, leaving them where they lay and covering up. What do you think about that!! :th

That's exactly what I did. By November I'm tired of gardening and it's cold and uninspiring out, so it's sink or swim for any bulbs I happen to get in the ground. They will position themselves to sprout upright so they come out of the ground right way up. One of the amazing things that our Creator built into the system. :)

for most bulbs the direction only makes a slight difference the first season they grow... tulips are one of them - i.e. they completely regrow each season so by the 2nd season they are in the ground they've reoriented themselves.

also some tulips will adjust their depth as needed.

what is interesting to me is all the other stuff that goes on with how they can pretty much remain in place and still do well. the worms come in and eat the organic matter and take care of any diseased or rotting bits. the bulbs can upsize or downsize based upon conditions. you can have a large bulb split into a dozen tiny ones that will eventually grow and reach flowering size again and you can cross breed or grow seeds or ...

i'm not fond of finding click beetle aka wire worms in any tulip garden but i also know that they're around and won't be eliminated (the same with the iris borers).

botrytis is a b*tch though... *sigh* i've had some success with doing various things, but if the weather is less than perfect it takes it's toll.

Set out to clean up back of the garage. Ended UP also tilling up my "mint bed" on the west side of the house. For THOSE OF YOU who think that mint will grow out of control, I lost almost all of the mint in this bed, but a small 6 inch strip! I tilled up the dirt AND about a dozen 4 inch thick "cement pavers" with bumpy aggregate. No photos yet, bc I transplanted the 40 odd sweet corn there. I had started the corn under grow lights just to see germination %'s, since these were coated 2018 sweet corn seeds. Almost all of them sprouted and yesterday I put seedlings from 2-7 inches tall into this bed. I will take pictures of live sweet corn AND the pavers later. We will see how they do. It suPPOSED to pour this AM, but haven't seen any rain YET.
Before planting the corn I dug down to make a border of these pavers level with the grass as to make it easy to mow next to it. Kinda made a mess of dirt covering the pavers--you would have thought that Eva did the planting!!
Then, I attacked the bed west side of the garage. I didn't want to move my hydrangea, or move my peony bush, but I did move what I thought was 2, ended up being 3 rhubarbs. I harvested probably 25 stalks or more, refridgerated them until I figure out what to do with them. I am thinking that at least 1 of them will survive the transplant. I KNOW that I cut through substantial roots on the largest one. I had to put the hose on it even to dig it out. HAD to harvest most of the rhubarb, ever since I read about 50 cents/stalk from my chicken lady!!:p
I took the leaves from the rhubarb that I ripped off and laid them down in the dry patch on the shady SE corner of the bed and added big leaves from the burdock that I still need to kill in the extra chicken pen. If you don't know, the leaves of the burdock are good for your skin.
Mowed the strip behind the garage, ended up hitting a seed jar that I had left out there in 2018. Fortunately, it was in pieces I could collect and throw away in the garage trash can. I need to dig up as much bindweed roots as I can find there before planting okra there. Tilled up the bed and left for Tuesday--got 2 closings tomorrow, no time to garden--Eva goes to get her stitches from her spay out AM, and VET coming for routine for all critters in the PM, so gardening in between.

@ducks4you i was hoping the forecast was accurate and planned my morning around that. nope...

i walk out of the house into the garage and get my stuff to go weed and then i walk out the back and it is sprinkling rain. i go back to the front and look at the driveway. nope. no sprinkling there. i come back in and tell Mom (i mean how many times in your life are you exactly on the edge of rain like that for more than a few moments at time). so i go back outside a few minutes later. it is still sprinkling out back but not in the front. hmm... dodeedoodoo...

it wasn't sprinkling too hard so i just went out and weeded a pathway (one last time i hope) and the neighboring edge of a garden i'm trying to finish up. about a half hour later it starts to sprinkle a little harder and i'm done with that pathway and neighboring edge and decide to come back inside. i guess i'm made of sugar... at least this morning...

as i come in Mom is going out and so i get to play watch the rising bread to keep it from flopping over the sides of the pan. at least i'm sorta useful. :)

might as well feed the worms in the buckets here while i have some fresh nanner peels they'll enjoy nomming...

I turned more dirt until exhausted. DS came out and helped me. I have room to plant kale tomorrow and not sure what else. Getting the pole bean area ready. Kind of cool and breezy and I have all the plants in the greenhouse. I have 60 or 70 black summer bok choy to harden off, along with the tomatoes and peppers.
