my poor baby was nailed by a rock on the windshield not even 1000 miles on her.:hit

at least you didn't get a dent and scrape in the hood...

after that one i learned to hang back from anyone hauling anything and also the lawn care people who sometimes had rocks falling off trailers or the backs of their trucks.

sunday dw informed me was missing a lug nut sure sh!t i was.. the wheel locking lug to boot. decided to check all the lugs holy crap everyone of them were loss.
yes i did torque them to factory spec's

hummm so sent an email off to the salesperson and service manager ..no response okay figure that might be busy...

okay had enough of the waiting or ignore game. time to play hard ball found the g/m,sales manger email plus added the service manager salesmen to the 2nd email.. politely but upset that they would let a brand new vehicle out the door with loss lug nuts even sent them a photo of the per delivery inspection check list not filled out...

within an hour had the g/m calling me and apologizing for this problem.. so going in tomorrow to get new wheel locking nuts put on.. oh yes a torque wrench will be going with me.... as for the per delivery form that will stay at home...

yesterday put jumper cables in the storage compartment took some measurements looking to get a small travel tool set anyway thought about the lugs so grabbed the torque wrench so far so good no loss nuts...

yeah yeah yeah i know except for the one holding the steering wheel.. figure i better get that in before the rest of you loss nuts do....:lol:
