Jiffy pellets have pretty much no nutrition at all so additional liquid feed is required once the seedlings exhaust the seed stores they have.

Even if the frosts have passed soil temp will likely still be too low, many things will just come to a complete slow down if the soil is too cold. With how long you need to wait potting them up to larger pots would be a good idea. What is the growing media you have them in?
