I use propane gas. We pay $20 for a 40 pound tank. I watch my prices, even my lids for the jars we get wholesale by the case...I keep lots of cases around all the time... So when I do my beef bone broth it is all free....One large cooler full of bones. As I say my chicken is 10 cents a pound...

You cook it on a very very low setting. Not sure how much it uses. I make such a vast volume it has to pay off.

Very good Nyboy....I would have bought many many more than that... but...but...wait.....I have allot of soup canned that I have made....Don't need to buy any. I would have chosen that brand for myself...if I had to buy it.

I have my own big chicken.....even my hubby buys me chicken gifts....He doesn't live in my house anymore. He has found a home out in one of the back gardens. He is sort of hiding....LOL

I freeze mine whole with skin on it. sometimes I use food saver bags and sometimes just a zip lock bag.....When I need it I just take a chunk out and cut what I want while it is still frozen. Peeling is easy scraping with a backward spoon...

Yea, I get health ones also and many with fixing my credit and making a new loan for me....I tell them but...but...I only have 2 bills....electric and phone......they hang up....

My answering machine picks it up.....I just don't answer the house phone until I hear them talk.....it rings all day especially today 11/7/16 and not one call is a person......I have been covering my ears today when the ring starts......I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY MORE POLITICS.......
