We had sauteed asparagus and elephant garlic scapes tonight. We never had scapes before. I tried them raw and they were a bit spicy. But man, after sauteeing, they were good!

I have to agree with ya there Bay. Takes a whole lot a land out there to support grazing animals. An acre of land don't have much. Just dust. On the plus side, you have a lot less humidity!

The corona virus is bad, I agree. Specially for those of us who are older, with underlying health problems or compromised immune systems. Do I believe the govt. is telling us the truth about it all? Not in a million years.
