22 jars of red currant jelly. I just use the Certo recipe, but I don't take out 100% of the seeds/pulp. Went picking fairly locally with my 2 boys, and got around 23 cups of really nice berries.

Heading back to camp tomorrow after work. So anxious to see the garden progress for myself. My 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter are coming with, maybe get a morning in fishing too. Should be a good couple of days.

I have a few growing at home in pots and a few more at the camp. Not sure I'll get any from them, though the potted ones at home are really growing well. Have never even tasted eggplant before, but a fellow I met over last winter was raving about them. Worth a try.

This is fantastic to hear! I have habaneros this year, I don't know how many plants I have, but the salsa recipe I use calls for them, and I skipped them last year because I didn't grow any, and heard a lot about how they had as much flavour as heat to many dishes.
