That's one I haven't tried! I haven't seen it in my favorite foraging books either...

What kind of fish are you catching with those dip nets?

I recently tried bear meat! The ribs were grilled with BBQ sauce and then cooked in a pressure cooker. Yummy! 😋 I have also eaten shark. (Dogfish shark) Great as fish n chips!
