I have been throwing in a couple of those Thai peppers into my stir fries lately and started using Chinese mustard on my smoked salmon charcuterie cracker sandwiches! Heat is yummy!

I agree that those are all good ones. I've tried all that you mentioned.

Dill with lemon basil on baked fish sounds really good too! When I cook fish such as flounder or cod, I get the thin fillets and I dip them in egg, coat with Panko, then pan fry in butter or other oil. Then I made homemade tartar sauce and put a little on top of these crispy morsels!

I use parsley on shrimp scampi, topping on homemade clam chowder, soups, spaghetti sauce, etc.

What are some recipes you use your parsley in?

My son and I planted some chives from seed last year and they came up about 1 cm and then they were all mowed down by giant slugs!
