I got a 2nd feeder, same kind. Had to move it around the house's corner so they wouldn't argue over...both...lol. Out of sight, out of mind. But there's 3 hummers now, I think. Last pics for today.

They move so much and shade makes quality plummet. I'm editing on my phone. Idk if pics would turn out better through my laptop.

Back to real cam. Trying manual settings and zoom to get better detail... Its so cute when they blink!

Slomo & hyperslomo with my phone. No zoom possible. =/ Taken today. With my old phone, long lense on it broke, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Using 10x optical zoom.

For the bugs/flowers- My old Nikon D5100. 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6G lense. Lense caps; 1×, 2×, 4× & 10× added onto lense. The hummer pics- Sigma 150-600mm lense. But one pic was with the Nikon 55-300mm lense.

From all of my interactions with these wasps, they seem to be super curious and not threatening. Really nosy, in your face curious. Is there documented cases of them harming hummers? They sound more like helicopters, very low tone. Too bad high speed cams are expensive.

She fell out of the window earlier in the week. Guess it was tired of waiting for it's new custom made pot! 😅 Removed a few new pups from the rear and the ones that broke off from the fall, in water now. Idk what to do with those, toss or grow roots, give away? Soaked her in my sink for 1.5...

Read somewhere to use equal parts manure/compost, peat and grit for carrot soil. So, here's my version and it fills the huge planter completely. Hmm. I'll remove a couple of inches and then add the carrot seeds. Hope they grow long in here. I also got 10 more of the huge planters. 17.49...
