I told my husband yesterday that I would get rid of Wally, Bella and Athena just to keep Whiner. He just looked at me and said oh yeah. Yes absolutely because he's adorable and always comes to me.

The rain didn't kill everything in the garden so now I just have to wait. I will get pictures in a couple of weeks to see if there's anything new sprouting up.

This is Whiner.

My husband and I brought the puppies in for some food so I got lots of puppy breath and snuggles. The one I call Whiner was licking my chin and nose then he started trying to bite me. I'm in heaven with them.

Got all of the pepper plants in the garden. I tried to count them all but I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 200. Plenty of salsa this year

My new tomato plants

I was given some tomato and pepper plants from a long time friend of my son. I got the tomato plants in the garden. Today I will be planting the peppers, corn and vining plants. I'm going to move the tomato plants that I had already planted. I will try to post some pictures today. I also got my...

I have managed to keep Athena out of the garden but then today Wally decided to go in it. I was outside and just flipped out on him. He left promptly. My husband helped me put up a make shift barrier to keep the dogs out.

I think I have 4 roosters and 2 hens. The good thing is that I think Cheeks is a rooster but I have another one that is friendlier than Cheeks. I really don't want to let Cheeks go but I might have to. I need a good rooster that won't be aggressive or harmful to my hens.

I have to figure out how to keep Athena out of the garden area. She's a terror when it comes to my garden. I'm hoping that there's enough material around here for me to figure out something to keep her out

I planted some of my tomatoes and peppers in the garden. I have a bunch more tomatoes and peppers to get planted. I planted some fennel and parsley as well. I don't think I will have to worry about tomatoes this year. I have identified 30 or more plants. I'm going to be busy with the canning...

I just transplanted my vining plants to the garden. I put 2 in the potato bed 2 in the small metal bed 3 in the pot with the sweet potatoes and 1 in the stairstep bed. Oh and 1 in between the blackberry bushes. I hope they produce plenty of fruit. I'm getting hungry just thinking about grazing...

The chicks are a bit on possibility of having a mental problem. They don't like the perch but they will stand on the feeder to drink water
