I put wire across the top of mine last year and they still used it for a toilet. That's how bad the cats are here.

I placed 2 small potatoes in the small bed. I'm trying to find something around my place to cover the bed with because the cats are a serious problem. It doesn't help that the neighbors insist on feeding them too.

I have yet to see a cat around here that kills mice. I seen them kill lizards, birds and snakes but not mice. It could be the fact that 2 of the neighbors insist on feeding them which gives them an appetite suppression instead of letting them do what they are supposed to do. It really sucks too...

I'm thinking about putting some potatoes in the bed in the picture above. I'm just not sure if it's deep enough for the potatoes. I have a few inches from the top of the bed so hopefully I can make it work for me.

I have a question about the electroculture method. I'm wondering if it would prevent cats from getting into my garden. One went into my newly filled metal bed and used it as a toilet. I hate cats. I'm trying to figure out a way to stop them from getting near my garden.
