I like to see weeds as it means less hay to buy for my animals!! I water my weeds on purpose to let them grow & of course to soften the ground to pull them easier. In fact I am going out ina bout 30 mins to pull them for their breakfast!

Yea she would pick them & run to the chicken pens as fast as she could!! In reality I could not help but laugh to myself of course as it was cute. Ds does get to plant his own raised bed, he prefers the carrots to plant in his every yr. Not sure what else he will plant this yr yet.

Ann I did say I was not trying to be mean. Be glad you get the rain you get, we average 8 inches a yr here in the desert! So water is the big issue for gardening here.
