Within days of posting, I started noticing more and more female flowers on both the watermelon plants, and the cantaloup plant.

Hi all, I have pumpkin, cantelope, watermelon, and 3 kinds of zuchinnis growin like crazy right now, good long vines with tons of flowers...

Hello all, its been awhile since I posted on any of the "backyard" forums, as I have moved downtown and been remodeling the house...
No more chickens yet, but that will soon change as Im allowed 3 in the city now.
Anyways, got the garden in the ground during the last week of april and its doing...
So, the pile in my pic above is the wooden bin, thats the stuff from the middle of my original "wild" pile, stuff that was in the middle and most-broken-down when I started messin with it(hence this entire thread).
That bin has now stopped heating up and remained cool after the last turn a day...
