I started a bunch in Feb. They are doing great, but as Pat said make sure they don't dry out. I lost a few when I was on vacation for a week end.

I'm not sure if this will work in your situation, but this is what I use
It's 2 EMT conduits bent with a pipe bender and connected with a couple 3/4" connectors. Then I used plastic netting. Very cheap and easy! It was about $5 a trellis.
This worked for me last year, so I'm doing it again.
From the bottom of the bed to the top: city compost - dried leaves - veggie scraps/coffee grounds/rabbit litter - city compost - dried leaves - chicken poo - city compost - dried leaves - city compost - dried leaves - city compost.
