i have 12 grape plants about 2 years old. Do i prune them this young or let them grow till they get bigger then prune em back for production? And most importantly how do i make sure they survive the winter, out in the snows? Im in zone 8ish.

can i use seeds from peppers which are green for seed next year? can i let them turn red off teh vine and still have good seed for next year? is it best or does it matter to let them turn red on teh vine for seed use next year?
if i want my black beans for seed next year, can i pick them still a bit "green" and will they turn black in the pod drying off the vine? or do i have to let tehm dry and blacken on the vine? they are taking forever to dry on teh vine this year!
any other tips for black beans drying?
thx digits, my vines are starting to yellow and die back, yes. There are a few totaly dryed up peas on the vine and the rest look like tehy are starting to dry, so i should be fine to pick and dry them now, right? Is there any negative effects to me drying them totaly and them freezing them...
your hands are burning from picking hot peppers? Ive never heard of that, is that common? I currently have 25 hot pepper plants all PACKED with habeneros to jalapenos and i pick alot of them, never had my hands burn. Is there a situation i should look out for?
its my first year growing potatoes, and whern i went out to tend the garden today i noticed this on my potato plant! it looks and feels just lie a cherry tomato! what is it? And yes it is for sure attacehd to my potoato plant.
ok, so i plant my garlic in the fall, lets say October. Then i will harvest it when? Spring? summer? when? will its leaves fall back and die during the winter in the snow and come back in the spring?
I planted garlic in May, its growing well. WHen can I harvest this garlic? in october-ish? maybe?
