Remember the post if already been read by a member the yellow dot changed to black circle.
When you edit a post does that trigger the yellow notification dot on again to alert someone to read again to see the correction or update.
I will have to look at the BB code.
I remember seeing that.

I'm thinking rather than starting a new thread of a previous post of a particular subject just quote my own post of the previous post of same subject would be necessary rather than editing it. Just don't understand at this point. All I can do now is just post and reply.
Been trying to update a previous post on parsley seeds for three days rather than replying to my own post. Looks like when I try to quote it, it looks like it's repeating the whole paragraph. Really confused?
I really don't know how to use this forum, when it comes to using tags and quotes or the # signs in front of numbers. I've been on here less than a year. I could use some help from the ones that's been on here using this forum for years.
I thought I would eventually figure it out but have not...
My parsley seed packet reads, seeds sprout 21-28 days, faster if soak over night. I soaked 8 hrs.
The seeds I planted after soaking, some soaked over night at 95° on heat matt, some at room temp 72°. Seeds are sprouting out now in 7 days. I have some seeds I didn't soak that's not sprouted yet...
Oops, lol, I miss read your previous message. I had to read it again after I read your last comment.
I miss read the last word of your previous comment. I over looked it as bitter, instead of better. 🫣
Oh well it happens sometime.
My fault, It's all good.🤗
Thank you for the comment.
The seeds are fresh, I just bought today. Seed instructions is to soak them overnight which is 8-10 hrs to soften up to germinate faster.
I have some soaking now on heat matt at 95° & more soaking at room temp & only going to soak them 10 hrs. I really don't think it's...
I will keep everyone informed on how it goes. I'm doing another soak without the heat matt just pour hot water on & soak without heat matt.
It's supposed to soften the seeds to make them germinate faster.
I have searched for hours don't see anything about maintaining 110°.
Just pour hot water on and let it soak. My seed pack says pour warm water into the seeds soak over night. I have mine soaking at 90° on heat matt. Not sure if that's ok, but I will find out.
I will just let it be 90° for 24 hrs.
I've searched internet, can't find anything particularly other than pour hot water on them, soak for 24 hrs.
Doesn't really say keep temp 110° through entire soak.
Problem solved.
