I also harvested garlic scapes. When I researched about storage I really liked the idea of freezing "for up to a year," so I snapped off the tough stalks, labelled the ziploc bag and they are now in the porch freezer. I will get to them at some point.

Here is the one lettuce, harvested whole and we ate it with an onion and all of the sugar snap peas available, which wasn't as much as I had hoped, delicious, nonetheless.
