i used milorganite around my plants i would pour a line about 8 - 10 feet away from my hibiscus and they wouldn't come nere it i read it in a book some were and it seemed to work i think it is the smell they don't like but it worked like a charm!
i had bees in Florida.... i had so much honey i didn't know what to do with but my flowers look the best. but after my neighbors started complain i had to get rid of them. its not hard to take care of them and after you get stung a bunch of times you get used to it.

do you prefer plants already started or seeds? i got some seeds from walmart and they seem to be doing good and i also got some that were already started. the ones that i started from seeds are doing good and the ones that were already stated aren't doing so well.

i jut planted some this year they are doing good i just water them and some of the leaves do hit the ground but they come back up i don't have special ways

i had planted a lime tree and a orange tree right next to each other about 6 feet away from each other and the oranges truned out to be sour but the limes were really good. someone told me that i planted the orange tree too close to the lime.

this is my sec attempt to gardening last year i did a garden and out of all the things i planted i got one ear of corn and some okra. everything else died before producing. i was told that i need to add some lime and that would help this year. but i did add any soil it is all clay i hope this...

i was told that i should put some lime down on the garden. so i went to Lowe's and got some of the powered garden lime. but should i put in on top of the plants or around the base of all the plants? or what would be the best way to put it down? thanks
