    I am growing russet potatoes and blue potatoes. I just aint getting it. I am not understanding when to "hill" them or what exzactly what that means. Any ideas? One of my russet plants bloomed the other day. :( Mjd

    Sorry to hear that. Well, go to ISONS and order yourself some muscadine vines. You will have fruit in 3 years and then you can start makeing wine. Isons is THE place for your muscadine needs.

    Its very well composted, dirt like texture, unlike the piles I have composting. One thing, it took longer for the plants to start growing fast than it did with just plain dirt with manure mixed in. I like good dirt & manure better than I like just old manure.
